All services are custom-created based on the client’s requirements.
3. Project Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, references, and project details before work begins. Delays in providing required materials may affect the delivery timeline.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made according to the agreed quotation before work begins. For larger projects, an upfront deposit may be required before production starts. Final project files will be delivered after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the package limit may be subject to additional charges. Major design changes after approval may be treated as a new project.

7. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.
If a project has not yet started, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client after full payment has been completed.
Vision Tech Services & Solutions reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless a prior written confidentiality agreement exists.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- • Respond to revision requests in a timely manner.
- • Ensure they have the legal right to use any reference materials provided.
10. Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse projects that involve:
- • Illegal activities
- • Hate speech or discrimination
- • Adult or explicit content
- • Copyright infringement
- • Fraudulent or deceptive materials
11. Limitation of Liability
Vision Tech Services & Solutions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
